This canvas print captures my painting, Planting Our Roots. Planting Our Roots was inspired by my time spent at the Porcupine Mountains National Park hiking during an artist-in-residence experience. There were so many old magical trees there in the deep forests. I especially loved this scene with these beautiful trees planting their roots, with the contrast of the glowing green leaves in the background.
